The renovated farmhouse is located within the organic farm of about 37 hectares of arable land (durum wheat and other cereals) and left as woodland (Mediterranean vegetation), where you can do walks and meet wild animals that roam freely in their natural habitat.

They mainly raise sheep, pigs and chickens.

The farmhouse is composed of 4 comfortable apartments and furnished with traditional Tuscan furniture and 2 rooms: 2 three-room apartments of about 70m2, 40 rooms of 40m45, a studio apartment of 2m3 and a two-room apartment of XNUMXmXNUMX with XNUMX beds. The apartment is equipped with kitchenette equipped with all utensils, rooms with additional beds and bathroom and veranda or outdoor space. Some apartments have a large fireplace and every room has air conditioning.

The farmhouse can also be rented entirely on an exclusive basis.

Outside guests can enjoy the barbecue, equipped with wood, of the parcheggio and a broad relaxation area in which the is set Swimmingpool (13 x 7) and many more outdoor games for children, and an area for outdoor sports.

In front of the garden rose the imposing large holm oak, a centuries-old tree, symbol of the company, now ruined by snow and bad weather but under its shade it has always been a pleasure to read a book or admire the Tuscan landscape, now in its place a new holm oak is growing which will hopefully take on, in centuries, the appearance and grandeur of the LARGE HOLM OAK which has now fallen.

It is possible to walk through the company grounds for pleasant walks or to observe the plants and flowers characteristic of a border area between the Mediterranean and continental climates.

You can also dedicate yourself to trekking-horse riding, with Hannover sportsmen, accompanied by a qualified equestrian guide, for adults and children. Guests can also participate in the business activities, such as cheese making or milking cattle (at appropriate times of the year).

Francesco and Daniele are always available to share with guests the organic cultivation systems. With Pietrina you can attend some typical Tuscan and Sardinian cooking courses.

In the beautiful area of Val di Cecina you can visit cities of culture and ancient history, such as Volterra, San Gimignano and Pomarance, the closest town, and no less important the visit to Larderello and surroundings to discover geothermal energy (transformation into clean energy). Or the ancient villages in the surrounding area, or the coastline which is 30 km away (Cecina, Castiglioncello, Vada, S. Vincenzo and Populonia with the Gulf of Baratti, where many Etruscan remains are found, Follonica).

Of course you can also visit very famous cities such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca (from one hour to one and a half hours away).

Instead, for a more complete relaxation, guests can indulge in a massage (upon reservation).
