Animals are welcome/accepted under the following conditions:
- prohibition of access to bedrooms,
- it is forbidden to sit on sofas and armchairs,
- the presence of animals must be declared at the time of booking and it must be ensured that they are not aggressive,
- regulation of free time,
- only one animal is accepted per accommodation/stay.
We offer: large dog enclosure, soup if needed, the opportunity to play with our dogs (Bric, 1 year old, Hovawarth breed - Pippo, nine years old, small crossbreed).
Cascina Bricchetto, built in Langa stone, is perhaps the oldest in the town and is located at the top of a hill, at an altitude of 600 m, approximately 10 km from Alba, the "capital of the Langhe", and 3 km from Barbaresco.
The view is wonderful, an undulating series of hills up to the Maritime Alps, on the front of the house the Monviso dominates and on the back the Rosa group.
You can alternate quiet days on the equipped meadows with visits to the nearby cities of Bra - Asti-Cherasco, or to the numerous castles that can be visited in the surrounding area such as: Barolo, Grinzane Cavour, Govone, Magliano Alfieri, as well as to the various museums and colourful markets.
The houses are the result of a recent renovation, the typical structures such as the exposed brick vaults have been saved and natural and typical materials have been used. The houses are in the central body of the farmhouse, completely independent and are on two floors.
The C� dra Topia consists of: large living room with kitchenette, three large bedrooms (two of which can accommodate an additional bed), three bathrooms, long balcony.
Rental (6 people) weekly: 1250/1.800 euros, one day: 290/400 euros, additional bed: 35 euros per day, excluding heating - final cleaning and tourist tax.
C� der Forn consists of: large living room on two levels, kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor, two large bedrooms, large bathroom, corridor and balcony on the first floor (an additional bed can be added in each room).
Rental (4 people) weekly: 1100/1500 euros, one day: 170/270 euros, additional bed 35 euros/day, excluding heating - final cleaning and tourist tax.
The houses offer all the comforts, from the dishwasher to the minipimer, much attention has been paid to the details that make them very welcoming, the furnishings are made up of both family furniture and very modern pieces.
At guests' disposal: garage, wi-fi, barbecue, play area for children, equipped gardens, covered and furnished terraces, and upon prior agreement fruit and vegetables of our own production.
