Directly on the sea with private beach and paid dog beach.
Our campsite is located directly on the sea, with a private beach which can be accessed from inside the campsite, without having to cross any roads.
Inside the campsite there is a bar, a restaurant/pizzeria, a well-stocked supermarket, a brand new and well-equipped children's playground and our Beach Bar on the beach.
From mid-June to the end of August there is daytime and evening entertainment and a fun free baby club for the little ones.
Our brick villas, where you can stay with your four-legged friends,
of about 30 square meters, are composed of a standard double bedroom, a small bedroom with two bunk beds, a complete bathroom with shower and living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, television and a double sofa bed. They are equipped with air conditioning and heating (heat pump), and are well shaded and ventilated. We also have 5 additional two-story villas, with spiral staircase, always large and spacious.
Outside, all the villas have a covered veranda with a plastic table and chairs for your moments of relaxation.
All villas are equipped with plates, pots, pans, blankets and pillows for up to six people; all linens that we may rent are excluded.
NB: Pets ARE allowed in the brick villas.
The price of the Villas includes the stay for the requested period, people, dog, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and a reserved parking space in our external parking lot; a sunbed and a beach umbrella on our private beach are also included; no other additional costs will be due.
If you wish, with a daily supplement of €3,00, you can request the moving of your umbrella and sunbed to our Dog's Beach based on daily availability; the beach reserved for dogs can only be booked upon arrival and not before for organizational reasons.
The dog can walk along the shoreline before 07.00 and after 19.30; outside these hours it must remain, on a leash, under the umbrella of the Dogs� Beach. (except 12.30-15.30).
To safeguard the health of our four-legged friends and avoid heat stroke, under strict veterinary advice, in the months of July and August.
DOG'S BEACH IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO DOGS FROM 12.30 TO 15.30; leave him in the cool at the Villetta during this time, he will thank you!

Dogs and cats are welcome here.
The important thing is that they are well-behaved, always on a leash and that they do not disturb the peace of others. On the pitch they must be tied up and accompanied outside the campsite for their toilet needs. Depending on the breed of the dog we reserve the right to require the use of a muzzle, inside the campsite and in common areas. Outside the campsite there are also large green lawns where they can run and play without danger. Animals are allowed in the Brick Villas and on the pitches; they are not allowed in the Mobile Homes. It is possible to stay with half board or full board at our internal restaurant with a wide choice of menus.
Since the campsite is almost exclusively dedicated to families with children, from 01 June to 31 August, all cars, once the luggage loading/unloading operations have been carried out, will be parked outside, in our private, illuminated and fenced parking lot, equipped with access control via magnetic key, which will be delivered upon arrival. All villas, mobile homes, caravans and pitches have a free parking space inside our parking lot.
The campsite is immersed in the greenery of the Po Delta valley and is 300 metres from Lido degli Scacchi, 1,5 km from Porto Garibaldi, 4 km from Comacchio, 30 km from Ravenna, 55 km from Mirabilandia, 60 km from Ferrara and 100 km from Venice.
