The house is immersed in the countryside and there are no other structures around...
The beach, which is accessed by a private road of about 400 meters, is not very busy as it can only be reached by land from our road and is therefore also suitable for dogs... It is equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs;
About one km away are the two towns: Pioppi and Marina di Casalvelino, from whose port hydrofoils leave for Capri and the Amalfi Coast and mini-cruises for Palinuro, Camerota etc.
The train station is 7 km away, as is the highway, ideal for reaching Paestum in less than half an hour and the Pompeii excavations in just over an hour.
Solutions:
- a studio apartment of about 50 square meters, air conditioned with double bed and 2 sofa beds; private bathroom, independent entrance, two large panoramic terraces equipped and for exclusive use; it is equipped with a microwave oven, an electric coffee maker, a refrigerator; the terrace covered with beams and tiles, of about 18 square meters, is equipped with a built-in kitchen with hob and sink, barbecue, table and chairs: it therefore becomes a protected, but fresh and pleasant living room.
- small apartment, always with independent entrance, which overlooks a large outdoor space among carob and olive trees under a bougainvillea pergola, equipped and exclusive; the two-room apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed, bathroom and kitchen in a covered veranda, fully equipped;
- the two units are contiguous and it is possible to take both solutions.
Our house is located on the coast road between Pioppi and Marina di Casalvelino.
