We are located on the hills overlooking Lake Bolsena, in the Alta Tuscia Laziale, on the border with Umbria and Tuscany. An ideal position also as a starting point for trips of historical, artistic, archaeological, naturalistic and food and wine interest, to discover these three regions.
In the farmhouse we rent a 100 sqm apartment and 2 mini-apartments, air conditioned, and each with an external area of exclusive fenced relevance. A courtyard and a shared garden, also completely fenced, complete the structure, in which
In the entrance square there is the possibility of using a charging station for electric cars, as a courtesy service to allow guests to easily reach the nearest electric car charging stations.
Outside the building, 50 metres away, there is a quiet, unattended car park.
Description of the apartments:
The largest apartment is an air-conditioned three-room apartment, consisting of a living room with fireplace, an open kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor (a floor that overlooks a large panoramic porch furnished and equipped) and two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, located on the first floor, which overlook the large panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Bolsena.
In total this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people: 4 in the two double bedrooms and 2 in the living room with fireplace where there is a sofa bed and a bathroom on the floor.
The studio flat:
It is air conditioned and consists of a double bed area, a bathroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a corner kitchen area equipped and supplied with fridge, small oven, TV and washing machine. Its charm is given above all by its overlooking a panoramic terrace overlooking the entire lake, fenced, also equipped with umbrella, table, chairs and deckchairs.
The Two-Room Apartment:
It is also air conditioned and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with anteroom, an American-style living room with a double sofa bed, which overlooks a panoramic veranda with an exclusive fenced garden, equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs.
The kitchen is equipped and supplied with fridge, oven, TV and washing machine.
Animal friends are welcome as if they were at home and hosted free of charge.
Our holiday home is located in the municipality of Gradoli (VT) on the western hills of Lake Bolsena. Built at 450 m above sea level, it enjoys a splendid view of the lake, whose beaches are about 3 km away and on whose lakeside there are three dog beaches, two free and a facility with a dog area.
The town centre is less than a kilometre away and, in addition to all the services, shops and a supermarket, offers the opportunity to visit the splendid Palazzo Farnese and its medieval village.
The geographical position on the borders between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany allows for interesting trips to important historical sites and cities of art.
