Welcome to our SUPER PET FRIENDLY STRUCTURE in the heart of PORTO ROTONDO, a stone's throw from the center and the sea!
In a very quiet but central area, our structure is immersed in a large park of 5000 meters that surrounds the complex.
It is in a strategic position: it is located 300 meters from the center of Porto Rotondo and just over 500 meters from the sea (the IRA beach with access also for your 4-legged friends in private concessions for a fee) is the closest to the residence and can be reached on foot in a few minutes)
the structure is composed of 10 APARTMENTS (studio, one-room and three-room apartments) arranged on 2 levels (the entire structure has been our property since 1980):

* Daikin air conditioner that also works as a heat pump;

* electric glass ceramic or induction hob (therefore there are NO gas cylinders in the apartment);
* LCD TV;
* extra comfort orthopedic mattresses (there are NO springs)
* spacious outdoor patio or veranda fenced and for exclusive use equipped with second table, chairs, sunbed etc.
* private parking space with automatic gate and remote control
* laundry room with washing machines, ironing board and iron
* free external wi-fi with fiber
* area under video surveillance
* ONLY PAYMENT SERVICE: bed linen and towels on request and midweek cleaning and/or when necessary based on customer needs

* We are in a very quiet and private residential area;
* We have a 5000 meter private park surrounding the complex which is entirely walkable and equipped with king size loungers and a relaxation area with external showers;
* DOG WASHING AREA: outdoor space to wash your 4-legged friends
* upon request and FREE of charge you will find extra comfort sleeping mats and bowls for your 4-legged friends in our apartments
* LARGE OUTDOOR BOX for 4-legged friends: in a shaded area, we have installed a large outdoor box (3m x 2m). Use of the outdoor box must be communicated at the time of booking as it is an exclusive service and we only have 1 available;
* LARGE FENCED RUNNING AREA INSIDE OUR LARGE PARK: in our facility you will find 1 large running area of approximately 300 meters, completely fenced 2 meters high, where you can let your 4-legged friends run and play freely in complete safety.
WE ACCEPT SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE sized PETS, socialized and accustomed to the home environment without any additional charge.
We also accept more than 1 animal per apartment, subject to prior notification and availability of apartments suitable for hosting them
PRICES range from a minimum (studio apartment for 2 people per week)
to a maximum (three-room apartment for 5 people) per week.

The Residence is in a strategic position very close to the WONDERFUL AND LARGE IRA beach where there are 4 concessions where you can access with your 4-legged friends (MAGIC CON THE BEACH, ALESUMMER, IRA BEACH CLUB, DA RENATO) bars and restaurants.
we are a stone's throw from the center of PortoRotondo (300 meters) where you will find many shops, the post office, the bank, the supermarket, the pharmacy and the police.
in addition, the Porto Rotondo Consortium offers a FREE shuttle service from June to September to and from the most beautiful beaches of Porto Rotondo. From 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening, the shuttle runs through the whole of Porto Rotondo and a stop is in fact located right in front of our facility!
