Immersed in the green Umbrian hills, in a panoramic position, between Perugia and Assisi, ours is an ancient farmhouse from 1200 completely renovated and divided into 5 characteristic holiday apartments fully furnished and complete with every comfort. It is surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses and olive trees, inside which you will find a panoramic swimming pool with umbrellas, sun loungers and deck chairs. Furthermore, in the garden in front of the swimming pool there is a pleasant children's play area, while inside the farmhouse there is a room entirely dedicated to children with toys, TV and markers.
Furthermore: large private fenced parking, brick barbecue with tables and chairs for outdoor lunch/dinner, wood oven, WiFi internet connection, laundry room (with 2 washing machines and iron and ironing board).

The farmhouse is located in a strategic position with respect to many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc.). Furthermore, we are a few steps from Perugia airport (S. Egidio) which has recently become a hub for international low-cost airlines (Ryanair, etc.).

Our 5 apartments are called as follows:
THE KITCHEN with 2-4 beds. Located on the first floor, it is a large studio apartment of 50 square meters consisting of a large, very high room, with a characteristic mezzanine and a romantic balcony overlooking the garden and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. It consists of a double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, bathroom with window, fully equipped kitchenette.
GLI ULIVI with 4 beds. Located on the first floor of the farmhouse, it offers a splendid view of the large garden of olive trees and roses, where the recently built swimming pool is located. It is a characteristic two-room apartment of 50 square meters consisting of a living area with equipped kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom.
L�ORTO with 2-3 beds. Located on the ground floor with independent entrance, it has a private courtyard for pleasant outdoor dinners. It is a characteristic two-room apartment of 40 square meters consisting of a very large double bedroom plus a single bed, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchenette. Also usable by disabled people.
THE COURTYARD with 4-6 beds. Located on the first floor of the farmhouse, it is a three-room apartment of 65 square meters consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (on request it can become another double bed), bathroom, living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.
The IL SUBASIO suite with 12 beds. The apartment is spread over the entire second floor with a surface area of ​​approximately 170 square meters and consists of: a large double bedroom, another bedroom with a double bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and 4 single beds, a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, one with a large bathtub, a living room with TV and DVD and a large kitchen with fireplace, oven and dishwasher.
This apartment is also suitable for groups and multiple families.

The price includes electricity, water, cooking gas. Also included are bed and bath linen and, in the summer, use of the swimming pool.
In the winter months, heating costs are excluded (approximately €1,00 per hour for the apartments IL CUCINONE, L�ORTO, GLI ULIVI, €1,50 for IL CORTILE, €3,00 for IL SUBASIO).
