Pets allowed at Vigna sul Mar Family Camping Village!
If you are looking for a campsite to spend your family holidays with your dog, you are in the right place!
At Vigna sul Mar Family Camping Village, animal friends are welcome! And for this reason we have created an area dedicated to them also on the beach, the Bau Beach, divided into an area equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas and a free beach area for those who prefer it.
Discover the village services for you and your four-legged friends: from specific products for them in our minimarket, to the dog beach, to the new walking area with certified wooden games, where they can run and have fun in complete safety! And to cool off after a day at the beach: tubs with shower and hairdryer near the campsite services.
Dogs' entry to Vigna sul Mar Family Camping Village is subject to compliance with the following regulations:
At the time of check-in, dogs and cats must have a specific health card with up to date vaccinations to be presented to the Management.
Pets are allowed on pitches and in certain types of Lodges (Lodge Deluxe Dog | Lodge Superior Dog | Lodge Comfort Dog | Lodge Dog - maximum 2 per structure).
Animals are allowed on the beach only in the area dedicated to them; animals cannot enter the water, under penalty of a fine by the authorities in charge of control.
Dogs must be kept on a leash out of respect for all campsite guests.
According to current regulations, owners are required to collect the physiological needs of their animals with the appropriate shovel or using the bags that we have prepared in the Dog Toilets located inside the campsite.
It is the owner's sole responsibility to ensure that the animals do not disturb other guests at the campsite and that they do not cause damage to third parties or to the village's facilities.
According to the internal regulations, animals are not allowed in the playground, in the swimming pool area and in the toilets. It is absolutely forbidden to shower dogs inside the toilets or in the showers located near the beach. Please use the designated and marked spaces.
Dogs of breeds considered dangerous may be subject to acceptance by the Management. The use of a muzzle is recommended.
Family Dog Friendly welcome
Reconfirmed for the 2024 season, at the Vigna sul mar Family Camping Village of the Club del Sole group, the Family Dog Friendly Welcome, a series of activities dedicated to those who do not want to give up the company of their dog even on holiday.
The following services are available at the Vigna sul mar Family Camping Village:
- advice and consultancy on dog welfare
- organization of small daily activities (mental interaction games, treasure hunts, walks, etc.)
- water courses
- raising awareness on issues such as animals and respect for the rules of the Village
- evening presentation of the canine staff to the clients
- Mini Dog Show
- bone-shaped tags for your dog with the Lodges/Pitch number
- possibility, if necessary, to rely on a reference veterinarian external to the Family Camping Village
