Il Praticino is a farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan hills, on the border between the provinces of Florence and Arezzo. Founded in 1987 and always managed according to a clear philosophy that differentiates it from most of the accommodation facilities in the area. The structure and all the related activities are designed to protect the surrounding environment and allow guests to live an authentic experience, in direct contact with this incredible territory.
We rent not necessarily by the week but also for 4/5 nights in the high season, while in the other periods also for 2-3 nights, with prices that vary depending on the season and the apartment.
