We have two separate ground floor apartments, with kitchenette, terrace with barbecue and air conditioning, garden and parking space.
And, if you have to go away, there is also the option of leaving your furry friend in a safe and sheltered space dedicated to him.
The holiday home ��La Sorgente�� is a rural brick house from the early 900s, recently restored.
The renovation was done with taste and furnished with some original pieces, according to the Abruzzo tradition.
It is located in the open countryside, immersed in the greenery of the Abruzzo hills, 400 meters from the town of Catignano and only 20 km from Pescara.
Looking out onto the terrace you discover the beauty, the scents of the forest and the panorama of the Maiella.
A few meters from the structure there is a small stream.
The owners, always available for any need, live a few dozen meters away.
