The villa, recently built, can accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years in 80 square meters. divided as follows: double bedroom, bedroom with two separate beds that can be joined, living room with double sofa bed, dining room, large and functional kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Outside we find the garden decorated with typical Tuscan olive trees, where you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the countryside, and a porch adjacent to the entrance of the apartment, where you can have lunch and dinner in the fresh air and in complete relaxation. At the disposal of customers, there is a private parking with 2 parking spaces, closed by an automatic gate.
Mosquito screens are provided on the windows and front door, along with double glazing and external shutters to block out early morning light. The apartment is equipped with a TV, iron, cutlery and crockery, air conditioning in the dining room, heating, a washing machine, a microwave, a barbecue, and a furnished garden.
For our 4-legged friends there is a large garden with a 1,50 m high fence. The entire area reserved for the apartment is independent and completely fenced, therefore in maximum safety for the animals.
Immersed in the splendid Tuscan maritime countryside, close to the Etruscan Coast, in the quiet and splendid countryside of Collemezzano, in the municipality of Cecina (LI), the Villetta di Nonna Pia is born. Its strategic position allows you to reach, in a few minutes by car, the town of Cecina, the typical maritime pine forests, the sea of the Cecina coast, the famous white beaches of Vada and the beautiful cliff of Castiglioncello with its unmissable romantic walk.

For the little ones there is the possibility of visiting the Parco Gallorose wildlife centre in Cecina, with an equipped and marked path that gives the possibility of seeing and getting to know up close more than 150 animal breeds and a vast flora made up of more than 10.000 plants.
