All Otium apartments are 200 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the pet-friendly beach in Giulianova (with which we have an agreement). The apartments are located in the tourist and green area of ​​Giulianova, 1500 meters from the city center.
They are two-room apartments of 55 mXNUMX furnished in a modern and comfortable way and made in class A with double bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and are made respecting the standards for energy saving with parquet flooring.
The apartments on the first and second floors have balconies, the ground floors have independent access and are equipped with an outdoor space, furnished with a beach umbrella, chairs and table, not fenced but for exclusive use where you can stay and have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors in the company of your four-legged friends.
The amenities available are: Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room, walk-in shower, washing machine in the bathroom, hairdryer, dishes and kitchen supplies. The price already includes beach service 200 meters from our facility where you will have umbrella, sunbed and deckchair available.
