The Residence Casabianca, on the seafront, without crossing any road to reach the beach, offers tourists and families a pleasant holiday on the Fermana Riviera. You will find a comfortable welcome for both you and your four-legged friends. In fact, near the residence you will find: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, post office, laundry, etc.
Pets are welcome in our facility and can stay comfortable and safe even outside the accommodations because each bungalow has fenced gardens with private gate. By reserved area we mean the independent fenced gardens.
This year there is also a fantastic novelty: a beach for dogs has been created and our 4-legged friends are free to go to the beach and have fun. You can find the rules on our website!
The brick bungalows are located in the first row to the sea and are fully furnished with an outdoor parking space and a private garden area with a gate.
All bungalows are studio apartments and have a bedroom with four beds (a double bed and a bunk bed), kitchenette, bathroom with shower, television, air conditioning, private outdoor garden.
The FRONT BUNGALOWS have a private fenced garden with a gate and an independent entrance, the SIDE BUNGALOWS have a private garden � equipped with a fence - that overlooks the inside of the residence on the path that leads to the parking lot behind. Both have a sea view and are equipped with an outdoor table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
In the second row there are also apartments on the ground floor, one-room and two-room apartments, with air conditioning, independent entrance and private balcony veranda.
Both the bungalows and the apartments are equipped with bathing equipment (umbrella and two sunbeds) for the free beach that is located in front of the Residence.
