"Villa Medina" is a charming, small Pet Friendly Holiday Home surrounded by greenery just a few meters from the sea. Ideal for families and children and for those looking for a holiday with lots of sun, sea and an oasis of tranquility and lightheartedness.
The newly built villas immersed in a fresh centuries-old park, the warm welcome of the Medina family, the possibility of reaching the sea, the beach (fine, golden sand and sea with shallow waters ideal for children to play) and the town in a few minutes, are the setting for our structure and will guarantee you a wonderful stay in a private, serene, comfortable and familiar environment.
The villas, all in brick and with independent entrance, have a large and panoramic covered veranda equipped with garden table and chairs; each veranda is also equipped with a safety gate specifically designed to allow children and our pet friends to stay and play in absolute comfort, tranquility and safety.
All the villas, some with air conditioning, are very comfortable and are equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, flat screen TV, large fridge with freezer, comfortable shower box, mosquito nets, balcony or window in every room, reserved and shaded internal car park accessible with remote control for exclusive use. On request villas with air conditioning. Particular care and attention is reserved for the cleanliness of the rooms and the functionality of the equipment provided.
The villas are furnished with brand new and very functional furniture and are equipped with a vast and complete range of crockery and kitchen utensils.
The price includes energy, water, gas, final cleaning, shaded and reserved internal car parking. Also included in the price is the use of the wi.fi connection, a fully equipped laundry area with washing machines and sinks, a brand new children's playground, beautiful barbecue islands in local stone and outdoor showers.
From "Villa Medina" a brand new and panoramic cycle/pedestrian path starts that allows beautiful and carefree walks among the scents and colours of the Gargano nature and will allow you to reach, in a very short time (2 minutes by bike, 1 minute by car, 10 minutes on foot) the beach and the most beautiful city promenade served by the most renowned and equipped bathing establishments, shops, restaurants etc. (many of which, having agreements with the residence, offer services and advantageous rates for our guests).
Even the town centre, just 1,5 km away, can be easily reached in a few minutes by car (less than two minutes) or by bike (always completely on a cycle path).
We have also stipulated a very convenient agreement with a beautiful and very well-equipped private beach that offers - in addition to the beach umbrella, 2 sun loungers, games for children and all the services on the beach - also a very convenient reserved parking lot for our customers that can be used both to go to the beach (the beach can be reached by car in two minutes) and, even in the evening, to go into town (the parking lot is in fact only 250 meters from the city center and can be used at any time, even to go comfortably into town).
We are particularly equipped for the stay of animal friends and in fact we have chosen an Animal Friendly beach that allows you to bring your animals to the beach with pleasure, in the structure there is a lot of green space, all the apartments are equipped with a safety gate and we have an agreement with a very well-equipped veterinary facility and a pet supplies shop.
Vieste has been fully considered an Animal Friendly city for many years now... one of the most advanced in Italy in hospitality for our tourist friends accompanied by their four-legged companions who can access almost everywhere: shops, ferries to the Tremiti Islands, motorboats for visits to the sea caves, accommodation facilities, beaches and restaurants that have joined the project of Anpana Vieste and the Municipality of Vieste in collaboration with Confcommercio Vieste and the Union of bathing establishments.
To distinguish the many places where animals can access there is a special sticker at the entrance and, in some places, even bowls for the animals to drink.
