The farmhouses (Il Monte and Il Casaletto) are about 3 km from Manciano (10 km from the Terme di Saturnia, 18 km from Capalbio, 35 km from the beaches of Argentario and 35 km from Monte Amiata) and are surrounded by greenery, within a farm of about 180 hectares. They are about 100 meters from each other, on staggered levels and each with its own fenced garden to experience a relaxing holiday for both those with 2 and 4 legs!
Il Monte is spread over two floors, on the lower floor there is a living room, while on the upper floor, the kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, for a total of 4 beds plus a sofa bed on the lower floor.
Il Casaletto is a small, intimate, romantic farmhouse, reserved for two people, with a bathroom and kitchen.
NB: The farmhouses are rented only in their entirety, it is not possible to rent the rooms alone.
Both farmhouses, being on a hill, offer a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and are equipped with barbecues for your outdoor grilling.
The Casaletto also offers a wood-fired oven for your homemade pizzas, lasagna and roasts.
The philosophy is to offer significantly advantageous economic conditions resulting from the essentiality of the structures (hence the name "Spartan Maremma"), which allow a stay based on simplicity, relaxation and nature. With various attractions in the surrounding area.
