The Tenuta Serpepe farmhouse is located on a 200-hectare organic farm.
600 dairy sheep graze in the meadows; guests of the farm can visit the stable and watch the milking, in the Turkey oak woods live wild pigs of the "Cinta Senese" breed with which we produce exquisite organic cured meats, you can also admire the wonderful donkeys of the Grey Viterbese breed!

We also produce: spelled, chickpeas, lentils, beans, extra virgin olive oil, all certified organic.

Guests can buy and taste our organic products, cook in the tranquility of their apartment so they can get to know forgotten flavors and tastes.

At the Tenuta Serpepe farmhouse you will have the opportunity to live immersed in nature in a climate of peace and tranquility, to experience a healthy and simple country life, to rediscover the values ​​and traditions of peasant culture, to live in contact with animals in an uncontaminated landscape and to be curious observers of a fascinating world far from city life.

The farmhouse, made of volcanic stone and tuff, consists of 4 splendid apartments (from 4 to 6 beds) all with fireplace, furnished with period furniture and cared for in every little detail to make the atmosphere unique and full of warmth.

magical triangle between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria, in the heart of the Etruscan civilization, in the center of the Maremma Laziale, 6 km from the shores of Lake Bolsena (trips to the islands and swimming in the clear waters) and 10 km from the spas of Viterbo.
It is an area rich in a precious historical heritage, an exceptional set of Etruscan necropolises and monuments from the early Middle Ages, a variety of Romanesque churches and castles.
It is easy to create cultural itineraries, lake trips, and dream nature trails for those who love to discover the many beauties of this land blessed by fortune: it is not for nothing that the Etruscans chose it!
