Villa Elba - The sparkles

The villa located in an exclusive position on the stretch of coast that goes from the town of Marciana Marina to the town of Procchio, overlooks the sea and has direct access to the pebble beach and the private swimming pool, both for the exclusive use of the three apartments.
Available for the exclusive use of the Villa's guests: free parking, the infinity pool with sea water, the garden, access to the sea via a pebble beach and a brick pier with a ladder to facilitate entry into the sea; all equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are outdoor showers with hot water on the lawn near the apartment, a pair of double canoes and two SUPs, available free of charge. The property has free Wi-Fi.
Pets are welcome without paying any supplement and can freely access the beach. Bathing is free without time limits.
If interested, it is possible to have a supply of bed linen and towels, for a fee.

The property does not have heating and is open from 24 May to 19 October 2025.

Apartment A on two levels (10/12 people): Large apartment (160mXNUMX) located on two floors: on the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table; the living room with sofa, armchairs and television, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, all overlooking the porch equipped with a table for eating outside and barbecue. On the upper floor we have two large bedrooms (one double and one triple/quadruple) overlooking a large balcony with sea view, a triple bedroom and two new bathrooms, one with shower.

Apartment B ground floor (6/8 people): large apartment with eat-in kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; living room with sofa bed, armchairs and television, double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds (with the possibility of making it a double bed), two bathrooms. Annex adjacent to the apartment with double bedroom and private bathroom. There is an outdoor barbecue and a large terrace with sea view covered by a removable pergola with table, chairs and umbrella.

Apartment C (6/8 people): large apartment located on the upper floor of the villa with kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; living room with sofa bed, armchairs and television, 3 double bedrooms with the possibility of having two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and a small bathroom. There is also a large terrace with sea view equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, under a pergola.
