PRINCIPESSA VILLAS - IN THE SOUTHERN AREA OF SAN VINCENZO NEAR THE RIMIGLIANO COASTAL PARK
The apartments are located in Via Provenza and are surrounded by the greenery of the characteristic Mediterranean scrub. The sea is only 400 meters away and it is sufficient to cross Via della Principessa to reach the pine forest that precedes the beach.
The center of San Vincenzo is located about two kilometers away, and can also be reached on foot or by bicycle.
Very close are the Rimigliano Park and the Dog Beach, with both free and equipped beaches.
The characteristics of these accommodations, some with a garden, others with a large terrace, are ideal for hosting our four-legged friends.
The privileged position allows for easy parking on the street (usually in front of the apartment), even in high season.
The facility is open all year round.

LE CASE DI SALVIA APARTMENTS - IN A QUIET AREA CLOSE TO THE CENTER OF THE TOWN
The apartments are part of a complex located in Via Livorno, 300 meters from the sea, in a very quiet area of ​​the town.
In a few minutes you can reach the main street, the free and private beach (just take a pedestrian underpass to reach Via della Principessa, which precedes the beach), restaurants, pizzerias, clubs and shops. Very close to the Coop shopping centre and the area that hosts the weekly market on Saturdays, also easily reachable on foot.

MINIMUM STAYS:
- PRINCESS VILLAS - Open all year round
. From 01.06.2024 to 14.09.2024 (minimum 7 nights Saturday-Saturday)
. Easter from 29.03.2024 to 01.04.2024 (minimum 3 nights)
. Free arrivals and departures for all other periods (minimum 2 nights)
. Free arrivals and departures Christmas and New Year from 22.12.2023 to 07.01.2024 (minimum 7 nights)

- LE CASE DI SALVIA - Open from 21.04.2024 to 06.10.2024
. From 02.06.2024 to 15.09.2024 (minimum 7 nights Sunday-Sunday)
. Free arrivals and departures for all other periods (minimum 2 nights)

SERVICES INCLUDED:
- Utilities;
- Air conditioning/Heating (only in accommodation equipped with a system);
- Final cleaning of the apartment: the apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the stay. The thorough cleaning of the kitchenette, including waste disposal at the end of the stay are the responsibility of the customer, otherwise a charge of € 100,00 will be made.

EXTRA SERVICES - ON REQUEST per week, to be paid in cash at check-in:

- Initial supply of bed and bathroom linen - €15,00 per person per stay;
- Additional partial or total change of linen: � 7,00/pers. (bed) - � 8,00/pers. (bathroom);
- Cleaning service during the stay (tidying of rooms and bathrooms - excluding kitchen and linen change) � 30,00/intervention;
- Supplement for animals on the final cleaning cost � 50,00 per stay for each;
- Cot and high chair for children - €10,00 per day (on request and subject to availability);
